ROLE OVERVIEW
The Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for steering the entire professional training business cycle. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the journey from attracting students and registration to the execution of courses and comprehensive post-training support. You will utilize your 8+ years of experience in managing training business operations to ensure seamless on-ground execution, including course packaging, marketing, and meticulous course planning.
STRATEGIC OPERATIONS & ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP
Executive Direction
- Provide comprehensive Executive Direction for all daily operations, leveraging extensive Experience in Similar Institutes.
- Optimize Academic Delivery and elevate Student Outcomes through proven operational strategies.
- Lead the student engagement lifecycle with high operational execution acumen.
Curriculum & Portfolio Strategy
Lead the strategic identification and integration of high-demand Global Certifications and Exams across three core pillars:
- IT & Computer Science: Driving programs in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Data Management, and Machine Learning.
- Business & Management: Overseeing curriculum for Finance, HR Management, Marketing, and Business Administration.
- English Language: Managing international proficiency standards, including IELTS and TOEFL.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead the recruitment of distinguished Trainers and Subject Matter Experts from global talent pools.
- Ensure the delivery of specialized, high-impact coursework by securing top-tier instructional talent.
EXAM MANAGEMENT & QUALITY ASSURANCE
Examination Oversight
- Direct the complete Examination Lifecycle, maintaining strict adherence to Security Protocols and Regulatory Standards.
- Coordinate with international testing bodies and Global Exam Boards to ensure compliance and integrity.
Course Delivery & Accreditation
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of all Training Modules.
- Ensure all programs meet the rigorous requirements for Professional Accreditation and specific Certification Pathways.
Quality Control & Technical Mastery
- Implement and manage robust Monitoring Systems to evaluate Trainer Performance and Student Progress.
- Maintain the institute’s reputation for Educational Excellence through continuous quality audits.
- Apply advanced knowledge of the evolving Educational Technology landscape to improve delivery methods.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience specifically managing training business and operations.
- Proven track record in student engagement and on-ground training operations.
