Oracle IAM Developer & System Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer & System Administrator to manage and enhance our Oracle IDM/IAM infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), and related components. This role involves developing integration connectors, managing upgrades, and maintaining reliable access management systems across the enterprise. The candidate should also have strong communication skills to collaborate with application owners and document integration and operations procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and administer Oracle Identity & Access Management (OIM/OAM).
- Design and develop custom integration APIs and connectors to onboard various enterprise applications into the IAM framework.
- Collaborate with application managers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement secure and scalable IAM solutions.
- Perform version upgrades and patch management for Oracle IAM components.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automated user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role lifecycle management.
- Monitor system health, ensure high availability, and respond to incidents related to IAM systems.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all integrations, configurations, customizations, and operational procedures.
- Implement security best practices, policies, and standards for identity management.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to access governance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the IAM ecosystem including authentication, authorization, and user management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with hands-on work in Oracle IDM/IAM (OIM, OAM, OID, OUD).
- Proven experience in integrating Oracle IAM with other applications via APIs, LDAP, or connectors.
- Experience in Oracle IAM system upgrades, patches, and version migration.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, WLST).
- Knowledge of SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and MFA.
- Understanding of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and Identity Governance.
- Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Database administration.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle IAM Certification(s).
- Experience with cloud IAM solutions and hybrid environments (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD automation.
- Experience with audit, compliance, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX).
