Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our growth initiatives. This is a pivotal role for our organization as we aim to solidify our position within the training and education sector.


Expected Qualifications and Experience

Professional Background

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience must be within the education and training sector or educational services.
  • Proven experience in marketing training programs and professional certifications is required.
  • Applicants must have experience managing marketing teams and achieving sales targets.

Academic and Professional Education

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing or marketing management are preferred.


Technical and Specialized Skills

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Proficiency in paid advertising campaigns, specifically Google Ads and Social Media Ads.
  • Strong experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
  • Ability to perform effective management of social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation.

Strategy & Brand Development

  • Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for various segments.
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey within the education sector.
  • Experience in content marketing and the production of engaging content.
  • Advanced brand building and management skills.

Tools & Technology

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to use basic design tools or effectively coordinate with designers.


Personal and Managerial Competencies

  • Demonstrated effective leadership and team management.
  • A high capacity for strategic and creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • The ability to negotiate and build strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.


Market Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of the local market and consumer culture.
  • Knowledge of regulations and systems related to training and education in the region.
  • Familiarity with national qualification programs (such as Hadaf, Tamheer, etc.).
  • Possession of a network of relationships with related government and private entities.


Core Responsibilities

The selected candidate must be able to:

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently.
  • Build relationships with companies and institutions to market corporate courses.
  • Measure, analyze, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and academic teams.
  • Develop strategies to attract both individual and institutional students.
  • Understand the trainee journey from awareness to registration and loyalty.
  • Experience in building trainee success stories as a powerful marketing tool.
