ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a High-Caliber Finance Professional to lead our Business and Management department. This role is designed for an expert who can bridge the gap between academic theory and high-stakes professional practice. The successful candidate will design and deliver comprehensive curricula that prepare students for the world’s most prestigious Finance and Accounting Certifications.
We are looking for trainers with specific expertise in at least one of the specialized certification clusters listed below. You will be responsible for equipping the next generation of financial leaders with the technical proficiency and ethical standards required by global corporations.
TECHNICAL SPECIALIZATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
The trainer must be capable of providing expert-level instruction for single or multiple certifications within the following domains:
1. Professional Accounting & Auditing
Preparing candidates for the "Gold Standard" credentials required for global accounting practice.
- Chartered Accountant (CA): Comprehensive training for one of the most rigorous and respected accounting qualifications globally.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA): Expert coaching for the premier US-based accounting credential recognized worldwide.
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA): Instruction for the global body for professional accountants, focusing on international standards.
2. Strategic Management Accounting
Focusing on the intersection of finance and corporate strategy.
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA): Specialized training in financial planning, analysis, control, and decision support.
3. Investment & Risk Management
Leading instruction for high-level roles in banking, asset management, and corporate risk.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA): Delivering the rigorous curriculum for investment tools, asset valuation, and portfolio management.
- Financial Risk Manager (FRM): Specialized coaching for identifying, analyzing, and managing various financial risks in a global environment.
4. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Focusing on wealth management and technical financial modeling.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP): Instruction in holistic financial planning, including insurance, retirement, and estate planning.
Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA): Practical, hands-on training in building complex financial models and performing company valuations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Curriculum Development: Design verbose and structured training modules that align with the latest exam Blueprints for CA, CPA, CFA, and other major bodies.
- Specialized Instruction: Deliver deep-dive sessions in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, and Sales Management.
- Technical Workshops: Lead practical workshops on Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Strategic Finance using industry-standard software.
- Exam Readiness: Develop and administer Mock Exams, Case Study Analyses, and Performance Feedback sessions to ensure high student pass rates.
- Mentorship: Act as a career advisor to students, guiding them through the complexities of professional licensing and Academic Excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS
- Expert Credentials: Must hold at least one of the primary certifications listed above (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CA).
- Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Professional Experience: Significant experience in a corporate finance, auditing, or investment role, combined with a passion for teaching.
- Analytical Mastery: Strong command of Financial Modeling, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and GAAP.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex financial theories into Simple, Bold, and Actionable insights for learners.
DEPARTMENTAL SCOPE
While the primary focus is on Finance and Accounting, the trainer will contribute to the broader Business & Management department, ensuring that all training programs reflect our commitment to professional excellence and international standards.
