ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Seasoned Hospitality Professional to lead our Hospitality & Tourism department. This role is dedicated to preparing the next generation of industry leaders by designing and delivering a curriculum that combines technical operational skills with strategic management. The successful candidate will guide students through globally recognized certifications and elite degree-level pathways, ensuring they are competitive in the high-demand 2026 market.
TECHNICAL SPECIALIZATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
The trainer must demonstrate advanced expertise and provide instructional excellence across the following certification and degree clusters as defined in our official curriculum:
1. Professional Technical Certifications
Focusing on the core technical competencies required for airline and hotel operations:
- IATA Foundation Diploma in Travel & Tourism: Delivering essential training for airline and travel agency operations, including Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and airfare ticketing.
- AHLEI Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA): Training senior-level hotel managers in operational excellence and leadership.
- IHI (International Hospitality Institute) Global Certifications: Leading training for specialized credentials such as Certified Front Office Manager (CFOM) and Certified Food and Beverage Manager (CFBM).
2. Elite Global Degree Programs
Mentoring students through the standards and curriculum requirements of the world’s most elite hospitality institutions:
- EHL Hospitality Business School (Switzerland): Training aligned with the global #1 ranked curriculum for hospitality management.
- Les Roches Global Hospitality Education: Preparing students for luxury management and entrepreneurship across Switzerland, Spain, and China.
- University of Surrey (UK): Delivering specialized training aligned with this leading research-based tourism management institution.

- Practical Simulations: Manage simulated front-office and food & beverage environments to ensure a skill-based practical curriculum.
- Exam Coaching: Provide intensive preparation for IATA and AHLEI professional exams to ensure high certification success rates.
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS
- Professional Credentials: Must hold at least one senior certification mentioned (e.g., CHA or IATA Diploma) or have a degree from EHL, Les Roches, or Surrey.
- Industry Experience: Significant leadership experience in 4/5-star hotel environments or international tourism boards.
- Soft Skills Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in Emotional Intelligence, Problem-Solving, and Conflict Resolution.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex management theories into Simple, Actionable, and Bold concepts for a diverse student body.
