ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Distinguished IT Expert to lead our technical training division. The primary focus of this role is to design comprehensive curricula and deliver high-impact training that prepares learners for Global Technical Certifications.

We are looking for specialists who possess deep expertise in at least one of the specialized clusters mentioned below. The trainer will be responsible for transforming complex technical concepts into actionable knowledge, ensuring students are equipped for the modern digital workforce.

TECHNICAL SPECIALIZATIONS

Candidates must demonstrate mastery and provide training for single or multiple certifications within one of the following clusters:

1: ENTRY-LEVEL & FOUNDATIONS

Focuses on providing a well-rounded introduction to IT for beginners or career changers.

  • CompTIA A+: Industry standard for technical support, hardware, and troubleshooting.
  • Google IT Support Professional Certificate: Preparation for entry-level IT specialist roles.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900): Foundational knowledge of cloud services.
  • CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+): Exploratory certification for IT career alignment.

2: CYBERSECURITY

Addresses the high global demand for defending against increasing digital threats.

  • CompTIA Security+: Validation of baseline skills for core security functions.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP): Advanced credential for experienced security practitioners.
  • Certified in Cybersecurity (CC): Entry-level security certification from ISC2.
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH): Focus on offensive security and vulnerability identification.

3: NETWORKING & INFRASTRUCTURE

Focuses on the design, implementation, and management of complex network systems.

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA): Associate-level certification in networking fundamentals and security.
  • CompTIA Network+: Vendor-neutral certification covering foundational networking concepts.

4: CLOUD COMPUTING

Specializes in cloud-first environments and digital transformation.

5: SOFTWARE TESTING & MANAGEMENT

Ensuring quality, efficiency, and structured service delivery.

  • ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL): The global standard for software testing.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation: Best practices for IT Service Management (ITSM).

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM): Foundational project management for technical teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Curriculum Design: Develop robust training modules, Hands-on Labs, and Lesson Plans aligned with the latest exam objectives for the chosen cluster.
  • Instructional Excellence: Deliver training in emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Machine Learning, Data Management, and Cloud Computing.
  • Exam Coaching: Lead intensive review sessions and Mock Exams to maximize student success rates in certification attempts.
  • Technical Mentorship: Guide students through complex technical challenges and provide Career Coaching within the IT sector.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends to ensure training remains Contemporary and Market-Relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Must hold current, valid certifications in the relevant cluster(s) they intend to teach.
  • Educational Background: Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Training Experience: Proven track record in delivering technical workshops or classroom-based instruction.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to explain Emerging Technologies to learners of varying skill levels.
  • Professionalism: Commitment to Academic Excellence and the development of the next generation of IT professionals.
