Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Telecom Engineer to spearhead the design, deployment, and optimization of our communication infrastructure. This role is designed for a technical expert who thrives on building robust IP telephony systems and ensuring seamless connectivity across complex enterprise environments. You will be the primary lead for high-level system implementation and the final line of defense for critical technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Implementation & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end rollout of new systems, ensuring all configurations meet technical specifications and performance benchmarks.
• Integrations Management: Proactively maintain and optimize systems integrations to ensure unified communication flows across diverse platforms.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Conduct deep-dive investigation and troubleshooting to resolve both minor and major issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining high availability.
• Infrastructure Evolution: Evaluate existing setups to recommend and execute upgrades that keep the telephony environment modern and scalable.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of dedicated experience in telecom engineering.
• Technical Specialization: Deep expertise as a specialist on IP telephony systems is mandatory.
• Platform Proficiency: A strong professional background with Avaya or Mitel systems is highly preferred.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex investigations and resolve critical major issues under pressure.
• Implementation Mastery: Demonstrated track record of successful new systems implementation from the ground up.
