ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with specialized expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Continuous Authorization & Monitoring (CAM). The successful candidate will possess a strong development background with hands-on experience in automation, workflows, and various modules including CMDB, Discovery, IRM, HRSD, and ITSM. This role requires the ability to translate complex business concepts into robust and effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain specialized applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Work extensively with GRC modules, focusing on Risk Management and 3rd Party (3P) integrations.
  
• Implement and automate processes for Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM).
  
• Design and manage complex workflows and automation across multiple platform modules.
  
• Build and maintain authorization boundaries and manage ongoing authorization activities.
  
• Handle package creation and routine monitoring activities.
  
• Utilize JavaScript, Business Rules, Data Policies, and APIs for custom solution development.
  
• Leverage CMDB & Discovery to support integrated ITOM and GRC solutions.
  
• Adhere to ServiceNow best practices regarding scripting, security, and implementation standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
  

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
  
• At least 2+ years of dedicated experience in GRC modules (specifically Risk Management and 3P integration).
  
• At least 2+ years of experience working with Continuous Authorization & Monitoring (CAM) within the GRC framework.
  
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is MANDATORY.
  
• Proven track record in Workflow and Automation design.
  
• Advanced technical proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, Business Rules, and Data Policies.
  
• Direct experience with custom module development and package creation.
  
• Strong skills in authorization and monitoring protocols.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment.
